Will this diet work in six weeks?

I'm off on holiday in six weeks and I want to lose weight for her (do not most people? Haha). Anyway this is my diet and routine: porridge – Breakfast made with water, coffee with skim milk Lunch – homemade soup (veggie base of leek and potato that is, or carrot and coriander, etc) Dinner – Jacket potato and beans and rice or homemade chili or homemade pasta, tomato and Quorn (low lean), homemade sausages or curry chicken – these obviously vary, but you get the idea! Snacks (X2) – 2 clementines or an apple or raisins year – 20-30 minutes walk from MBT + 1 hour WiiFit (yoga and fat burning), every night during the week. How much difference can I expect to see? What is the weight / size I'm likely to lose? Ps Thanks xxx if you need more information just ask and I'll stick it in the additional bit:]

I'd say 10-15 lbs. depends on your body type and how fast your metabolism and if you are going to fulfill it. Good luck to you.
