I know that teens arent supposed to go on a diet alone. but nobody knows that I can use to loose 5 pounds?

I am not super fat. really I'm not even overweight just want to look a little better. I noticed I was getting fat so I stepped on the scale and saw I gained four pounds per month. Then I just want to lose it and just look better. Does anyone have ideas for eating guide that I should stay or some fat burning exercises btw im ……? 5'3 111 pounds and 14. I know I'm not fat. but I just want to look better becase there are kids my age who are like 5'3 100 pounds and 14

Well, I know to drink lotsa water and eat five or six small healthy meals per day to help your metabolism. And do not eat after seven hours because otherwise your body to store food as fat when you sleep because you're not moving. I recommend doing cardio exercise such as swimming, running, cycling, running, etc. to an hour a day (morning is good because you will burn fat throughout the day more efficiently) You should use exercise and healthy eating together. If you eat well, but not exercise, you will have excess skin. If you exercise but do not eat healthily, you will put weight the muscle that will make you look bulky. Another thing I know to help is to have a friend to lose weight to keep you motivated. Hope I helped! Good luck =)
