Fat Burning Heart Rate Chart
The walk on a pitch count as cardio?
I've gone to the gym for the past few months, and I definitely feel a little more fit and stronger. I also feel I have less body fat on me, because I have no muscle or under it, to make me feel more sculpted with him. Anyway, I have gone on a treadmill, and instead of running (because I have the worst resistance each time), I'm mostly inclined at about 3.5 mph for about 45 minutes. My frequency heart rate remains around 175 give or take, at this rate. My question is if this does not count for cardio. My gym instructor told me that he goes on a slope, because he likes to run. But my friend, who is in cross country told me that running is the only effective form of cardio along with the bike, or anything else. But I'm saying that if you do something to get your heart rate, especially in the fat burning (as the chart indicates the mat), is not that one good form of cardio?
Yes, your cardio. Everything is cardio, it's something that gets your cardiovascular system, working hard, so if you start your heart rate in a cardio zone, no matter what the exercise is, its impact on your cardio. That said, no one starts with good resistance. Only people who work in regard to the resistance, get a good endurance. I say this as someone who started poorly run a mile, and now can run 10-12 miles, depending on the day. You gotta work for it, if you want. Simply extending the distance or speed too little, and keep doing it, you can even reach your goals. You see that with the implementation, you will burn more calories at a time much faster, and reach their goals a lot quicker. You not have to do it, but I think you will find the amazing benefits if you try, instead of just give up before you have actually tried push yourself.
