my friend and I went into a discussion on heart rate and fat loss. 3 drinks like someone Red Bulls and the heart is going too fast does not mean they are burning fat? like when you are exercising your heart rate rises and you burn calories so I figured if caffeine or does something the same as you burn calories the same way I'm not addicted to energy drinks or caffeine I was just wondering if there is some science behind it that I can use against my friend who thinks increased heart rate means nothing
