Fat Burning Soup Diet Plan

carbohydrates and weight loss?
I am working to lose a few pounds over the next month, but I'm stressing about how many carbs i should eat max per day. I can see how the Atkins diet works well for burning fat, in fact I did it before and lost weight – but I never felt like I had energy to go to the gym or even to concentrate sometimes. In my diet plan I'm eating branflakes with sliced banana or porridge with an apple for breakfast, but it would be a big no no in Atkins as your high carb, high sugar. (N Lunch and dinner is a salad or chicken soup nn veg kind of thing) I go to the gym most nites it certainly aslong as I've burned more cals than I ate during the day ill be missing. Otherwise I'll get an egg white omelet and mushrooms for my brekkie. Some of the information diet out there is so conflicting and sometimes confusing
When it comes to carbohydrates that you want to eliminate the bad ones, such as cereals, sugar, honey, crackers, granola bars, chips, cake, pie, pastries, cakes, pancakes, waffles, soda, popcorn, etc. Eat carbohydrates such as oats (not instant flavored kind), rice, quinoa, vegetables and fruit (yes and vegetables are carbohydrates) are good for you. Just eliminate the bad carbs and focus eating lean protein, vegetables and fruit to sugar cravings and you will notice a difference.
