It was in July when I decided to try the fat burning soup diet. If you look at me, you think I do not need to go a diet, but I believe if you do not like something about yourself, you change it. Simple as that.

I never thought I would never restrict my eating habits, simply because my goal was always trying to gain weight. Suddenly I found myself in a position where I do not like the way I felt about myself. Clothes can shape, line and hide. Ah, yes! They can hide … the muffin top! "Show your waist like a muffin … see how it comes throughout the paper cup muffin? I was slowing the game does not resemble a large, but enough to say, "Hey, I do not like it here!"

The diet is based on the fat burning soup. It's made from beef stock, tomato, green onion, vegetable soup, green pepper, carrot, celery and green beans. You can eat this soup any time you're hungry. It runs for seven days and each day, one is forced to consume a particular food / s for the day, including soup. Day one consists of fruits (except bananas) and soup. Day two would all be vegetarians and soup, no fruit. Three days, all fruits and vegetables and soup. Day Four, bananas and skim milk and soup. Five days, meat and tomatoes and soup. Day six, steak and vegetables and soup. Seven days your last day – fruit juice without sugar, rice, vegetables and soup. Milk skimmed milk, water, black coffee, tea, fruit juice without sugar and cranberry juice drinks are unlimited.

I love soup so this soup was not so bad. I added hot sauce to give it more kick and additional flavoring. I get tired of eating soup everyday, but I stuck with it because I did not like the weight extra around my middle. By the end of the seventh day and if you do not cheat, you can lose 10-15 pounds and will vary from person to person. Although I did not lose any pounds during the period of seven days, I noticed the clothes I could not get in a week ago now fits without stress on the seams. No, I do not lose weight, rather than fat transformed into muscle. Muscle is heavier, denser and takes up less space than fat which is why I do not lose pounds and my clothes fit.

A week after the diet, I started to drop pounds. I lost seven pounds in two weeks. For me, the diet was a trampoline. I do not use it to get immediate results weight loss. I knew it would be even harder to keep it afterwards. I used as a guide to help me eat healthier and really look at what I was eating and how it affected me. Many will say that a person will gain back any weight they lost and more go on a diet that helps you lose pounds quickly. It's not necessarily true. If you start eating unhealthy portions or not your food, sit and do nothing, then of course you will add pounds. Anyone would. You have control of what you eat and how much you eat. It requires discipline, healthy eating habits and exercise to maintain a healthy body weight. That applies to any diet you choose to go ahead.

As you can see my results were positive. It worked for me.

Advancing to three months and on top of the muffin is taking shape of a beautiful poster and the numbers on the scale weight is still decreasing.
