Fat Burning Soup Recipe

Fat burning soup?
Does anyone know the recipe for the soup burning fat? And it works?
I call it refrigrator I take cabbage soup, zucchini, tomato, spinach, green beans or any other sequence of leftover veggies, combine it with some chicken or beef broth, and make it a bog pot (No beans, potatoes, rice, barley-carb thinking …). Then divide it into several small Tupperware containers. Take it to work for lunch, eat after exercise, eat for breakfast, etc. Eat all you want. Combine this plan with sugar free gelatin and egg occaisional or chicken breast. I use this to leverage a diet. It helps me back on track after a holiday slurge food. In one week, I usually lose 6-11 pounds. Between this 'soup', lifestyle low-carb, and bingeing on junk food once in a while, I lost 55 pounds of fat (30 pounds in the first three months), and kept it off for four years. No major exercise (off). Good luck!
