I do not understand! help weight loss?

I've been on a diet and exercise regimen of about two years. My calorie intake is 1500 calories, I do yoga and jumping rope and abdominal 4-5 mornings a week. I try and eat healthy foods (fruits, lean meat ..). But I can not lose weight! At the beginning My weight went down slowly, but now not at all! I even seem to gain a little! And it's not because I'm getting muscles! I was just wondering if the time of day you eat makes a difference or if there are any supplements that help burn fat, promotes weight loss ….? I heard green tea is supposed to help. I do not know if it works, or other things that exist. If anyone has any information, to be great!
