I suffer from PCOS and I want to lose weight?

I have PCOS and have tried to lose weight to help balance my hormones, I lost weight, but it meant literally starving to shift those extra pounds. I really do not want to keep me whenever hunger drags the weight on, but I'm in a loss about what to do as conventional diets do not work for me if I'm doing lots of exercise (eg 2-3 hours of exercise per day of fat burning slow, like walking, biking yoga etc) and this is not practical, but I have to work and have a family to care for. So far I've worked out over 5xs a week for two hours or more since January, they reduced my portions and reduce the sugar and I only managed to lose about six pounds. the honest is really getting down, I feel like quitting, but if I do the weight will pile on twice as fast that I lost and I know I'll be putting my health at risk eg infertility, diabetes, etc. etc. I need help!

Well, that sounds really you're doing everything. workouts, meals smaller portion. I'm also trying to lose 20 pounds to 30 pounds and looked P90X but felt it was losing the weight slowly and build more muscle. I thought Shaun T's crazy workout is more intense, more cardio, some resistance and feel like I lose pounds quickly, in 60 days instead of 90 days as P90X. I've found works for me is very small breakfast, water, protein of eggs, juice, after a race, absolutely no carbs after five o'clock, just bulky vegetable fibers and "some" fruit.
