What type of yoga works to burn fat? Vinyasa and Hatha? If one of them, please explain how to make these moves? Thanks!
None of the disciplines is especially useful for weight loss. For a useful exercise for weight loss, it must be one that requires a lot calories / fuel. Since the fuel requires oxygen to burn, the best indicator is the rate of heart. Since your cardiovascular system delivers oxygen, increased heart rate = more oxygen = more calories burned. Although useful for strength and flexibility, yoga does not increase your pace heart enough to be beneficial.
