Burn body fat – how long until I see results?

Hello – I'm 5'1 "- 25 years, and range between 107 and 109 of body fat fluctuates between 18 and 20 percent. I really want to cut down on fat thighs – I know that with a good weight, but I'd really like to slim down my thighs, cutting back on my body fat. Currently I do 45 minutes of cardio four times a week and lift some weights for my arms and leg lifts my thighs – then I do yoga for 1 hour and 45 minutes once a week. Ive done it consistently for a week – although my food habits havent been great, maybe a little too big … bread suggestions about my eating habits, combined with my training anyone can do – and how long you think it will take to see results. thanks!

It seems ur on track. For eating habits, I would say to eat six meals a day (over small speed up ur metabolism) and not eating after 8 …. avoid carbohydrates at night. Moreover, if u have not heard of the "diet" Abs, his book great and u say which foods to eat to speed up ur metabolism so you can burn fat 24 / 7. Also, try doing an exercise in the morning and a lil lil evening. And yes avoid bread, unless your whole grains of wheat /. Keep doing what ur doing yours! Good luck, great!
