Fat Burning Zone Myth


ok … so fat-burning zone or zone of burning calories?

My girlfriend left me. I am returning to the gym. I am 21% body fat and that must change. I need some answers about how best to shed a few pounds. I do my cardio as soon as I wake up in an elliptical (I have bad knees). I'm guessing (and was told by my trainer) that the fat burning zone is better because it burns fat im … more real "phase of fasting," so that there nothing left to burn fat, but real. But do not work outside the area of cardio do the same thing, but burn more calories? Come on people. Give me some good reasons for agree with the way you see fit. There is so much online about the "myth" of the fat-burning zone. …. Oh, and while I'm on the subject. I'm doing cardio (one way or another) 5-7 days a week and doing light lifting 2-3 times per week. this is good for weight loss? not trying to get pumped (even) thanks!

lifing help you lose weight too! Your muscles burn calories just by sitting there. Tell your arm muslces burn 10 calories per hour, that is 240 per day. If you get up and get your arm muslces larger, they will burn 20 calories say an hour sitting there. That's 480 a day! is why it is important to Lifting the weightloss too. Then work your muscles as you can! And it's not a good idea to do that thing fast. This slows your metabolism, if you do not eat much. It is best to eat as much, but eating healthier foods. an apple makes a great snack! Also lose more weight if you do your cardio at night. Usually when you train in your morining to gain muscle mass. and at night its to lose weight. I forget why, but its definantly a fact. So it is better to make your survey in the morning. And just think! As you lift, your muscles are getting bigger (but you do not can see them because fat is covering them up) all the fat is its sudden low enough for you to see your muscles and they will be much larger by the time you lose fat! so that way, you look great! The same exact thing happened to me girlfreind dumped me, and I wanted a warm body so I could make her repent and make it easier for me to get a new g / f.
