When I took the lid of fat burning pills, I realized that they came in a capsule that is made of plastic. You're supposed to eat the plastic or you simply get the stuff out and eat.
. Not plastic, is a hardened gelatin that dissolves in the stomach. Many dishes are made this way. I highly recommend you simply eat right and exercise, whether weight loss is your goal. Gimmickly pills are a waste of your money at best, and negative side effects can at worst. If they really worked well, everyone would use them. There are no shortcuts that give lasting results, period.
