Will Fat Loss 4 Idiots Work for me?
I'm not as fat, but I'm doing a boudoir (lingerie / nude) photo of the air in about two months and I want to look my best. I'm "5'5 and I weigh 125 pounds. I know that my picture could use a little toning, but I absolutely hate to exercise more than anything. That's one reason why I like this diet ensures that you will lose weight if you exercise or not. I did my fair share of research on this diet and have heard nothing less than amazing reviews. It seems that it works, but I'm just a curious if it will work for me since I'm already thin.
