I bought the Liquid soft-gel Green Tea Fat Burner from Costco. I was wondering if it really works? We have done some reviews and people say it works well, but I also heard someone say that the kidney damage. Can anyone give me some insight into these products and their pros and cons? thx!

Unfortunately the things you're referring to has some herbal ingredients that are very similar to ephedrine. I would steer clear. You can ask the pharmacist at Costco and he'll tell you the same.
