I'm trying to lose weight and I was wondering which is better?
I am 32 years old and 186 pounds. My resting heart rate is 90. I run six miles a day about 5 times per week. My pace is 10 minutes per mile and when I am doing my race my heart rate is about 180, but the graphics that I read says to burn fat I should be around 117 for my heart rate. That made me about a mile and 18 minutes that I can only gave death. Because of my heart rate my body can not shed the fat, belly fat, fat that I have?
You're resting frequency Heart is 90? First of all, check with your doctor. Have you check out. Also take a look at what you are consuming. You are taking a lot of soft drinks, Red Bulls, or high caffeine products? My resting HR is around 60 years and I'm older than you. Average is like 60-80 .* Then, once you have a medical opinion, build an exercise and a sensible diet plan. If you are not losing weight and you're exercising as much as you say, is probably due to their diet. Hope that helps some. Be well.
