I am a guy 15 years old, I only have belly fat and cuffs love. I have dumbbells at home, light medium and heavy, and I have a big hill behind my house. What should I do to lose Belly Fat Fast and handles love until the end of the summer? and as u can stay motivated to exercise?

The best way to get rid of fat is a combination of cardio routine and muscle. Cardio for fat burning and muscle building to keep it off. When you wake in the morning, go running. Drink lots of cold water better, before meals. If you follow this procedure strictly, you'll be well on your way to losing all the fat from your belly. It is often more difficult when you just started, but once you get into a habit of doing it, it becomes second nature!
