Jay Robb Fat Burning Diet
The plan is the best diet to follow to lose 2 pounds a week?
I'm getting married in 13 weeks and would lose about 2 pounds a week until then. I recently got Brazil Butt Lift by Beachbody, I am lifting 3x per week, and will also Jazzercise 3x a week for some extra cardio. I got my exercise all planned, but now I need to decide what kind of nutrition plan is the best below. I looked at Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet which is a diet food clean carb cycling, but that is only three meals a day and I've heard before that its better to eat 5-6 small meals per day. I'm soooo confused by it all. I do not I want to follow any kind of fad diet crazy! I'm looking for something that I can continue to do in the long term. Does anyone have anything that has worked very well for them? I would like I allow a cheat meal a week if possible. I've given up soda, alcohol and fried foods. Please do not post any kind of pills or diets crazy! Any help is greatly appreciated!
Congrats on the wedding! Looks like you've been doing a lot of things in terms of exercise. Not worry about a special diet, just focus on calories in vs. calories out, and getting enough protein and healthy fats. Losing 1 pound 2 per week is the best way to go. That way, you're losing fat primarily instead of water and muscle. More rapid weight loss is not better, nor is sustainable. Diet should be what you look first for weight loss is what will allow you to drop fat. Try a balanced diet, consisting mainly of food whole natural, high protein, moderate carbohydrate and moderate fat.
