Lean Muscle Building Workout Plans

Lose weight while gaining lean muscle mass … You can do both at once?
I've been in several sites and talked to a lot of trainers, guru, name him. I'm looking for a diet and workout plan to buy so I can gain lean muscle mass while ripping fat body. The top products on the Internet are more focused on building the body (like on TV, the guys that look all juiced up as women have a goatee) instead of losing weight while gaining lean muscle mass (I'm going to the Mike Tyson look at age 19-21. No bulging muscle, just robust and well defined because we are both 5 ft 8in). Does anyone have any suggestions on a purchase program that has achieved these desired results? They said they can not because you have to to focus on losing weight or gaining muscle * and I can not do both at once. I'm trying to go for both in the same plane. Mike Tyson so I mean is, he was 5'8 "around 200 pounds with the body of about 80-10% w fat / lean muscle mass and definition stunning. I am currently 5'8" to 240, with about 21.58%. Suggestions or sites are useful.
Mate, increased muscle mass will decrease body fat. To stand, muscle mass requires more energy than fat does. Check out the TNT diet … Men's Health magazine. It's got the goods. At 19, Mike Tyson was about 6 'and weighed 220 with 5% body fat … but I understand where you want to head. We are not all genetically predisposed to build a body like Mike Tyson. It's prolly a big goal that to get your body fat below 10% without losing muscle mass .. and if you can add some, this is even better. I have used the USP Labs "supplement" to powerful two months and I feel different when I wake up .. and my body fat has dropped after stagnating. This month San Ive also been using "Vault" which is the supplement worst taste in human history … NO Creatine is a supplement added … I feel great and pumps … I feel like I've packed on some muscle this month. I continue to work hard out though …. and that's the real answer.
