Does anyone have a shopping list for South Beach Diet book?

I bought the softcover book that says South Beach Diet Lose Belly Fat First in a yellow circle the top right corner of the lid. At the end of the book gives you a list of food and income for the first two weeks of each phase, but that does not give you a grocery list. He is taking me forever to figure out. Is there anyone who has the same book and have found the grocery list, would not mind giving to me? That would be very useful, thanks!

You need to drink plenty of water while on this diet. I have not spoken before because I usually drink more than four liters of water per day – nothing new to me. A kitchen and an older one in our basement where mostly keep our cold drinks (water bottles, soft drinks, beer) and excess food freezer. It felt good to give a lot of foods low prohibited. You know, "out of sight, out of mind" mentality. It helped. Beyond Again, I appreciated the extra room in the refrigerator on top of all the fresh vegetables I needed to prepare our menus SBD. I also played all my husbands English muffins and bagels in the freezer, to his disappointment. Bread and beer are the worst temptations, while mine is Cherry Coke and rice. My first week was a success. I lost 4.5 pounds and a substantial reduction in the amount of swelling belly. Super! I'm loving this diet for the most part. However, for the second week I decided to modify something about my diet a week. I'll still be sticking close to the basic guidelines SBD (with minor cheating) as did the first week, but I feel the need to retreat eating raw vegetables and nuts. I'll be preparing more steamed veggies, and choosing creamy peanut butter instead of nuts. I love salads and crunchy foods and vegetables, but they are playing havoc on my digestive system. If your body can tolerate raw foods, then this is the way to go because raw foods do their job more difficult stomach and will help you burn fat faster, since cans to digest them. But for me, I feel it's more important to take care of my discomfort first. It is my habit to listen to my body. I'll reintroduce food gradually bulky when my stomach is feeling better. This amendment can reduce my weight loss … I guess I'll find out. DAY 8 Breakfast – Two slices of bacon, two poached eggs Mid Morning Snack – stick of string cheese Lunch – Bowl black bean, afternoon snack – Banana Flavored popsickle (without sugar) Supper – Chicken Avocado Swiss Melt (my recipe), Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms (recipe the book) Dessert – Fudge Lite Today I was craving something sweet. Fortunately it was a rebel kind of desire, not a nuisance. I thought the evening would kick popsickle, but was only I ate Lite Fudge that I felt satisfied. I enjoyed my breakfast of beans. Normally I would have had them with rice, but I do not miss the rice at all, they were very tasty by themselves. I would have chopped onions with them, but do not want to offend a customer afternoon heat with breathing. I was really looking forward to my dinner of chicken. It would have been better if I had not burned the cheese. Swiss Kraft does not burn fat faster than Kraft provolone. The stuffed mushrooms were very yummy! Day 9 in the morning my husband told me that my face looks thinner … I love this man! However, the scales tipped forward half pound, I think I better suck my cheeks in a little more laugh …. Breakfast – Vegetable Quiche Bar, a glass of V8 juice, calcium enriched Mid Morning Snack – Rounded teaspoon of Skippy creamy peanut butter (reduced fat) Lunch – Tuna and cottage cheese, afternoon snack – skip Supper – Baked Eggplant and Peppers (recipe book) Dessert – Cherry popsickle (without sugar) The best part of my plan menu today was that my husband prepared dinner. It can be very useful in the kitchen. Popsickle The cherry was a nice treat.
