1.) Fat loss and toning I know I will not be able to lose lots of weight in two weeks, but I'm wondering whether this program will help me a little at least. I've been doing this for about three days now and I know I can stick with it. I'm on diet Master Cleanse and I I intend to keep up to two weeks. I am also taking a multiple vitamin and a hair, skin, nails and pill. I'm doing half-hour of yoga a day, bringing the pound weight for a 10 hour a day doing Hip Hop Abs (video) for an hour a day, and dancing for two hours per day. Do you think it should be enough to lose at a little less belly fat and tone a bit before school starts again? 2.) I'd say this is deffinatly a way to lose some belly fat and tone. Another way to lose Belly Fat Fast, is by burning more calories than you ate. So if you have eaten 1000 calories, I would try to burn about 1500 calories. For the skin problem, I would shower or bath every day and use an exfoliating scrub and then apply a cream on site for a while to prevent them back. I have the same problem occasionally with my back I used hibiscrub, which is also antibacterial. Bodyshop do well a variety of granular scrubs.
