Lose Belly Fat Diet Menu

they have dieted for the past two months. now I've lost 9 pounds and I'm So down to 134. I'm so excited, but my main problem area is my belly and bacon. I can not believe I can not even see the slightest difference, after losing nearly 10 pounds! My menu is as follows … Breakfast: Special K cereal and water Lunch: Salad of grilled chicken with honey mustard sauce (next) Snack: a handful of almonds un salted or raw carrots and more water Dinner: Turkey sub 6inch on bread with extra lettuce, black olives, cucumber, pickles, no cheese, honey and mustard light SUBWAY I run all day after a child and 15 minutes to run the floor meal my mother every day. Any other helpful advice?

A healthy diet is great. But if you increase your exercise, you will see faster results. I have a friend who is a personal trainer and he gave me some advice. He made it simple: burn more calories than you take in. He also told me that consistency is very important. Most of the people he trained fail because they are impatient and do not stick with your training schedule and diet. I decided to become healthier and eat better and well exercised. Good luck with that! I'm sure you will hit your goal (s)! :)
