I am a boy of 17 years of age. I'm 5'10 and weighs 160 pounds, which is all the means of normal weight for people my age and height. Unfortunately, when I was a child I was overweight and accumulation fat around my waist (not chest or anywhere else). I have a sort of "Muffin top" and is so boring. I do many activities sport (I'm often out) and eating well (no fast food). Not so bad, but with my shirt I look much thinner than with it off. Not know if this is due to genetics or what, but it makes me very self-conscious and disturbs me. My parents thought I would dilute as I grew up (my height of 4'9 current) but it is still the same. Let me add, I do not do abdominal exercises. I must begin, and what kind of diet do I start? I really do not want lose weight since I'm still growing. Will this go away naturally? I hate this fat! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
