So let's jump right to it:

First, run quickly on the place or do some star jumps aka buffoon. Now, do this for a few minutes (maximum 3) and make as much intensity as possible. I know it may feel silly, but its on its way to losing that belly fat. Then you will be doing an exercise called "Mule Kick." The right way to do this exercise is keep your feet below you and try to kick both legs up toward your buttocks. Essentially, it will feel like you are trying to kick your ass. Again do this for several minutes (yes, three at most). Sounds like an exercise in short, but trust me, you will be lucky to do so. If you start to struggle to remember all the belly fat you are losing! That should keep you motivated.

Now for the next few minutes: Hit the floor for some good old fashioned crunches. Make sure you do push-ups so that your arms parallel to floor. In other words, make sure your body will all the way to the point where all but touches the ground, but not actually doing it.

Now, you spend the next two minutes to re-make running in place or doing buffoon. Again, remember to think about the fact that you are losing body fat. The more you enter the workout more fat in the belly sheds. The key is to maintain the intensity while doing these exercises for the few minutes that you are involved in them.

Finally, before doing anything, if you do these exercises on an empty stomach. Why? Well, you have this intense training to burn fat for energy instead of food that you have just consumed. First thing in the morning is ideal.
