Ok, I have, especially in the thigh and belly and big breasts and fat i need to cut ten pounds for a hearing in the next movie 3-4 wks. I want a flatter stomach and thighs thinner and small breasts, because this business is stressful! please help me! I need a vigorous excersize and a meal plan!
