How can I lose some belly fat fast?
Ha, it's gotten to the point where my little brother Down sydrome now comes up to me and feel my belly and says "Baby?". It's very cute. I'm not a "fat, but I have a little fat in the belly. I've been really depressed lately and that made me eat MORE than I use. And I also already working in an ice cream parlor. But what can I do to lose this fat? I need all kinds of options, because I can never stay with one. Also the thighs? Thanks!
