The seventh component is represented by Dhyana yoga, aims to achieve a state of effortless meditation. The last member, Samadhi, is based on advanced techniques and breathing exercises that return the individual consciousness of the divine unity perfect.

Being more of an exercise program (Yoga means "union" in Sanskrit), yoga addresses the whole person, aiming to cultivate the mind, body and spiritual potential that it possesses.
