A healthy plan to lose belly fat?

I'm 17 years old 5'11 and weigh 170 pounds … I used to weigh 235 pounds and I am very conscious my weight now … can some1 give me a diet plan / practice to lose about 10 pounds please?

Besides food, try processed cut from your diet. Eat fresh foods and meals that you make yourself cause you are not getting any trans fat, or other chemicals that are bad for your body. Completely leaving the fast food is a necessity. Also, doing little things to keep active throughout the day will cause you to not have to spend much time (if any) in the gym. Take the stairs, parking farther away, etc. work as much activity physics in their daily routine as possible.
