Maximum Fat Burn Exercise

Everyone who has tried to lose weight probably tried just about everything they could do it at one time or another. With all the tricks, fad diets, pills useless, and "secret" exercise methods out there it can be frustrating trying to get rid of unwanted fat.
Now everyone knows that no There really is no secret method or trick to losing weight. Everyone knows that proper diet combined with exercise is the only real way to burn fat, but there are some things you can do to help speed up the process a bit.
# 1) Exercise first thing in the morning.
Studies have demonstrated that exercise thing early in the morning can burn as much as three times more fat than the exercise of any other time of day. One reason for this is because their main source of energy in the body during the day comes from carbohydrates. When you sleep for 6-8 hours your body uses most of its carbohydrate stores as energy for various bodily functions that occur during sleep
The next morning your body has no carbohydrates left for energy and fat thus becomes the main source of energy. When you exercise early in the morning before breakfast for not giving your body any carbohydrates to use as energy, you will burn mostly fat for energy and this is the main goal.
Also when you exercise in the morning it increases your metabolism to Throughout the day, which means that even during the day, you will burn more calories and lose more weight. Night exercise will still burn a little fat, but you will have a greater storage of carbohydrates that you will not burn so much when you go to sleep at night your metabolism slows down and so you will not burn fat during extra time after exercise.
A final reason why the exercise in the morning is good is because in addition to burning more fat and have increased energy levels throughout the day, you will have your workout out of the way and not have to do after a long day of work.
# 2) Always eat breakfast.
Eating breakfast will help boost your metabolism, while skipping breakfast and waiting until mid-morning lunch or it will diminish considerably. Another thing to consider is that waiting too long to eat after you wake up will make your body break down muscle tissue (catabolism) for the protein it will be looking for.
When combined with exercise in the morning, eating breakfast is like a double dose of fat burning, because when your body gets a morning meal, is like putting a log on your fire metabolisms. Breakfast kicks your metabolism into high gear and makes you burn more fat than you did during your exercise session.
When you eat breakfast are also less likely to have half the donuts the morning or you can get from the snack machine when you start work. Breakfast combined with morning exercise is best 1-2 punch you can give it for maximum fat burning and energy.
Remember, exercise at least 30 minutes first thing in the morning and eat a good breakfast about 15-20 minutes after the workout and you'll burn more fat and lose more weight both during exercise and throughout the day as well.
