Muscle Building Abs

Building muscles (abs, biceps, eceythijg in general)?
Ok so I'm trying to get a nice build with arms decent and a package of six years. Just turned 15 am June 3 and weigh around 180, with the body around 14-15% fat I am active, but get sum abs Iwanna taste of the guys abercrombie .. shud I do to lose fat but gain muscle mass lol so you can c my abs? Hi Tim, At your age is quite easy to build muscles. The simple formula: Eat a lot of healthy food, and raise a lot of weights. You probably qualify for a supplement good protein, but this can get expensive. Diet is crucial, because as a teenager needs a lot of food to begin with, and gain muscle you need further. His parents are going to hate their expenses for food lol. Just remember, eat only healthy foods, whole. Try to consume about 40% protein, carbohydrate 40% and 20% fat. But there is garbage. With the amount of calories you need to eat per day (4000 I would say easily) you can not afford to be clicking on the scrap. To see a nice six pack, you need very low body fat, and that can only be achieved with proper diet and exercise physical. I would stay three days a week weight training program, and alternate days, with three days of light cardio. Make sure you do not overtrain or you do not will build the volume you're looking to build. 3 days per week is sufficient. There are some good programs and books out there that can help you with exercises specific to do. I recommend checking out Arnold Schwarzenegger Workout Encyclopedia or Vince DelMonte No Nonsense Muscle Building. Good luck with your goals! Matt
