Muscle Building Alcohol

This red wine is bad for my work out and a body building program?
I was strictly going to the gym and eat very healthy to win about 15 pounds of muscle (I want to gain weight). I know that drinking a little red wine every night is good for health, especially my heart. But how does this affect my work out and the muscles? I assume alcohol is bad for someone who wants to gain muscle and mass?
The alcohol is dehydration your body loses the most important nutrient – water Alcohol has calories that are not "good" as the calories with all the work of the excess calories that you will need to work harder. If you are serious about your work out and a body building program, then drinking wine / alcohol will prevent their results. One glass of wine a week should be your limit. Good luck
