What mass-building exercises you can do to build muscle without using weights?
If someone wanted to get bigger / gain muscle mass without the use of weights. What exercises he could do to get bigger arms, shoulders, chest, etc etc Hershel Walker did it for many years and it was huge!
If I had to choose the body weight exercises, then I would be pullups pushups for biceps and back pattern of resistance and bending strength arm to a Hindu squats strength to strength and endurance (100s people do in a while, even in 1000, I only came to 85) and leg strength to squat I have a book about a push-ups and leg squats called Naked Warrior. refers to the lack of naked equipment.its a great book not just the exercises also there are demonstrations of Hindu squats, pushups one arm and one leg squats on youtube. what's really impressive is when you see women making one arm pushups and one leg squats and women are just regular size too. no female body builders
