Front Squats 5-6 reps for 3 sets 1-2 reps PLUS a fixed maximum
Bench Press PLUS 5-6 reps for 3 sets 1-2 reps max on a set
Lunges 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Bent Over Barbell rows 5-6 reps for 3 sets 1-2 reps PLUS a fixed maximum
Pull Ups super-setted with barbell rows 3 sets of 80-10 reps
Bicep Curls super-setted with Tricep Push Downs 3 sets of 80-10 reps

The key to this exercise is the fact that it is based on compound multi-joint exercises that several working groups muscle at the same time, and have proven to be more effective for muscle growth, particularly for the lanky looking to gain mass. Muscle Building Workout Routines

Compound exercises with free weights such as squats, bench press and Bent Over Barbell lines give you a much wider range of motion and incorporate the small auxiliary muscles in the exercise are needed to maintain balance and stability throughout the exercise.
I also included the use of "sets super "and max" sets "in this workout routine of strength training.

Super sets are basically two different exercises performed back-to-back with no rest between them, and they are typically complementary exercises that work opposing muscle groups (in this case, biceps and triceps).

Max sets also encourage the growth of extra muscle and strength gains, pushing the muscle on a heavyweight. To gradually increase this load over time in their exercise routines you can see a significant increase in strength and muscle size, since it uses the principle of progressive overload.
