Muscle Building Breakfast Recipes

Any protein but low calorie recipes that fill it?
I'm trying to build some muscles and tone rather than bulk up and I need from some recipes of the protein. I did some research, but could not find anything interesting:) .. can you suggest anything that you eat? Do not say that all revenue mix as I am a student and has no blender. Any breakfast, lunch and supper recipes are good. I prefer breakfast to be my biggest meal in calories (400 cal max) not to eat much the rest of the day. That's good anyway
