Muscle Building Breakfast Shakes

is this a good diet for building muscle?
this is my new diet that i’m going to follow. Do you think it’s good enough to build muscle if I’m doing intense weight training 3-4 days a week. Do I need more carbs, if so can you suggest which carbs and at what time? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
breakfast (8-9am): 4 boiled eggs, eat all whites though only one yolk.
Bran flakes
Gold Standard Whey protein shake
Glass of orange juice
Snack (12pm): 2 chicken sandwiches in whole wheat bread and a banana. Water.
Lunch (2-3pm): 2 Tuna sandwhiches, pint of semi skimmed milk and a pear.
Dinner (5-6pm): Chicken breast/steak/salmon with veg like peas, corn, green beans, carrots and some carbs like rice or small boiled potatoes. Basically whatever is made on the night.
Snack: (8.30pm) – More milk and an apple or other fruit
Late night: (11pm-) Whey protein shake or cottage cheese on crackers.
*I always have a protein shake after workout too*
Bloody brilliant!….Ι cannot fault it in anyway.Just ensure that the amount of protein you ingest is one gram per pound of bodyweight…Well done.
