Do relaxation exercises such as crunches and pushups build muscle or burn calories and tone muscle?
I'm already weakened and cut, but I was wondering if I should do pushups if I'm lifting weights at the gym. I'm working my muscles too if I do push ups, later in the night, after I lift weights at the gym the day?
