Ok all my life ive been super skinny build. But recently, in the last seven months, I began to devote my life to stay bigger and stronger for the sport. I was 120 pounds per year freshman year of the second year and 130 125 during the junior year. about a month ago I weighed myself at 130. Started eating and eating 5800-6000 calories a day almost … Now I weighed myself today at 141.1. So I see it worked and I'm gaining muscle chest and I'm getting bigger every sides. I went to BMI calculator and wanted to see if I put a few more pounds would be fine. If I were to get up to 160 and still be solid would be ok? im 5 '6, 5''By the Way. Technically im Over weight of 160, but fit it isn't im ok?
i am 5'8 and weighs just over 200 lbs. if you look it up on the index BMI, he'll say I'm obese, but I've been weight training for a lot of years and my body fat is currently 14% due to winter bulking up .. index BMI is a very vague, which generalizes the people according to bodies not trained to help calculate body fat. is not accurate and will not use for a person carrying a large amount of lean muscle mass. the best tool for you is a camera. It sounds silly, but take a picture of yourself once every two weeks, and start a registry for yourself. it will show improvements in their well as their weaknesses better than any scale or a chart of the index.
