Muscle Building Cutting Phase

hi all i have a question for the construction of the body?
I'm 180 pounds and currently on a cutting phase, but I do not care much about that. my current diet I just started yesterday to six meals a day 2-3 cooked chicken breast with vegys at every meal. i am 180 pounds and I'll consoume 2 grams of protein per pound of 360 grams daily. This diet has no fat so I never get too heavy low reps. 45-60 mintues i do cardio 5 times a week I take whey protein twice a day do you think I'll gain muscle on this diet since there is no fat and carbohydrates, all protein and very low because my body does not has carbohydrates and that makes me go to the bathroom
Sounds good, if you're in the cutting phase. From my experience just listening to your body, overtraining or to get worn. You have the most important thing in the nutrition of your bass:) Also, the focus of their training and how your diet are the two aspects most important to its success.
