because I could not be losing weight in my hips and stomach?
In the last three months I have worked out a lot, 40 min run in the morning Aerobic 20 minutes at lunch and before dinner pilates. My thighs, upper body and legs were very muscular and toned (I'm of small stature and build muscle quickly). I was never obese, but wanted to tone my body. The only thing is my belly and hips still has fat on them and it's driving me crazy! scale wise I got a few pounds, I do not know if it's muscle or in any way, even working out like crazy I put weight on my stomach. I'm prudent diet eating well I still do pizza night on Friday and Saturday, if I go out to dinner, I usually get dessert …. hard to resist. That could be what is holding me back? How can I tone my stomach and hips to get the last bit of fat off?
I think that these areas were only accumulate fat in women, no matter how well you eat or how much you work out. I'm sure if you ate well every day at every meal, and increased the amount cardio you do and vegetables you eat, may help a little, but I think it's only natural that women have a little fat in those areas. And I bet you're amazing, but you focus on those areas, because you think they look worse than they actually do. Focus on your good qualities and try to forget rather than the negatives you may have.
