Muscle Building Diet Plan Workout

Muscle building diet?
I'm just starting a workout plan for muscle building, and I have read many articles about what I should be eating. I'm trying to follow the 40-40-20 ratio as much as possible, but finding difficulties. I work outside the home, getting lean protein as a snack is not very convenient. So usually my snacks include both almonds or peanut butter to get some extra protein. The problem I'm having is that this is my reason of calories from fat too high. My question is, that's OK, because the source of fat, or am I not choose snacks right for best muscle building? Any other suggestions? I am 25 years male – 6'3 "- 180 lbs. Thanks.
Butter peanut is ok to eat, but much of what is not. Yes, it has protein, but also is loaded w / hydrogenated oils, which are not good for you. Although most do not taste so good that you should stick with natural peanut butter, is a sacrifce heatlhy. Peanuts in the hands of others are good, but not by handfuls, maybe two handfuls a day as snacks. Other good sources of protein are egg whites (perhaps with a whole egg), oats, chicken, turkey, beef, of course, and you should really take a chance is the cottage cheese in just 1 / 2 cup has 15 grams of protein … give these a try. good luck!
