Muscle Building Diet Plan

Is this a good diet plan for creating lean muscle mass? Should I change something or add something?
7:00-shake, oatmeal, fruit. (Head to the gym after wards), 10:00 3eggs, oats, fruit protein shake. (Post workout) 12:00, tin of tuna, 11 / 2 cup of brown rice-03 :00-second shake, oats, banana, 06:00-5 chicken breast, brown rice 8-21:00 – shake I weigh about 185, but I want to cut some pounds while building muscle.
thats sounds good bro … My plan is a bit like that only I hit the gym about 2x a day. Im 5'3, 160, 7% body fat. This should be your meal MF so we end the week you can delude yourself eat what ever but no longer do so … keep it bro …
