Muscle Building Dvd Programs

Continue following Total Gym 1700 DVD or switch to a program in the book?
So I've worked out using the Total Gym 1700 DVD, looks pretty round and works of many different muscles. I am doing warm-ups, strength training, Circuit Training, strength training again and cooldown. I looked at the book recently and seems to have programs on certain days where you excercise certain parts of your body, some with one circuit, with some repetition. If I'm looking for build muscle all over my body, not just in points a couple, you think I should stay with the DVD programs instead of making the muscle groups in certain days thing? Do they both do virtually the same job?
If the program you are doing is working ….. do not mess with him. Just make sure you are giving your muscles enough time to recover between workouts. They must have at least 48 hours between strength training …. So if you are doing a training exercise for overall strength overall in 1700 as the DVD you should not do it daily. If you want to work every day, so you would be necessary to look at the book so that you can vary the focus of your training to allow time for adequate rest between workouts. IE work the upper body one day and part lower body to another.
