How to start a diet, do not lose weight?
Ok so I am a guy 17 years old and I really really eating horrible. I eat fast food at least 4-5 times per week, and I eat junk food at home. The thing is is that I'm not overweight and am very athletic, I just want to change my habits and eat right. What I want is to lose weight, if anything I want to gain weight as I work out and I'm trying to build muscles. So all in all, my question is, what should I eat? I'm not worried about the calories.
you better say it's not worried about the calories. It's about portion control and eating nutrient dense. To keep your weight … even gain muscle while losing fat can be almost completed by diet alone. So if you throw in a workout on top of that, is just icing on the cake. I would put it in some complex carbohydrates, protein lean and foods rich in fiber and nutrients. You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Do not kid yourself that you can not.
