I'm in danger of losing muscle instead of building it?

I am a boy of 14 years and am currently in an exercise routine difficult. I do not exercise to lose weight, actually I'm very thin and low weight limit for my height, but to build muscle. I do not eat much (hence skininess mine), and I'm worried that by exercising and not eating much I lose muscle instead of gaining it. I was told this, my teacher, who is a fitness instructor, she said if I do not have enough calories in my body to let me do all this exercise, and has no fat to burn anyone, I'll start burning muscle. I do about 130 pushups, 330 sit ups and run 2 km every day. What do you think is true? It will also eat to help me build muscle? Thank you.
