Muscle Building Fat Burning Supplements

When doing weight training and cardio will be my turn fat into protein to build muscle or just burn?
I read that you have that dramatically increase your calorie intake and taking supplements protien to build muscle. When I work out, is the fat that have become protein to build muscle or just burn as I exercise?
fat does not turn into muscle. burn fat and grow muscle. do not forget the importance of diet. 20% of fat loss has to do with exercise. If you do not have a good diet, you will see minimal results. to build muscle, eat a ton of carbohydrates and proteins. some fat here and there too, but good (fish). If you use this diet, however, do not exercise, you will gain weight. to lose fat, limit the amount of carbohydrates they eat and do the training HIIT (high intensity interval training). sprint 1 minute, jog two, repeat. good luck!
