HELP! weight loss tricks ?!?!!?
I'm not fat at all, just want to lose weight … Does anyone know any good exercises that I can do with just an exercise ball and floor exercises? and also healthy diets, with a fast workout … I am an athlete, but I'm taking time now, so I just want to keep in shape .. Also nothing to build muscle? thanks so much!
