Muscle Building Gym Exercises

Muscle building using only body
For those of us who do not have the time or money to go to the gym for muscle strengthening, exercises body weight can do the trick. You can do these exercises while you're at home or even when you're off on a vacation.
In order to build muscle, the body requires effort. The equation is simple, the more effort you apply in your body is more muscle building. You can use your weight effectively to increase your muscle mass, incorporating the following exercises into your daily routine:
Pushups: These exercises can be used to develop shoulder, chest and arm muscles. Doing pushups by lying horizontally with its regular face facing the ground and move your body up and down using your arms. By doing regular pushups to be easy, you can put your feet on a larger object. If you think that is strong enough, you can even try to have someone sit on your back when you do pushups. This will make the task harder and build more muscle.
Pull ups: There can be two forms of this exercise – pull ups that develop around them, and especially the chin that helps build your biceps. Hangs loosely over the bar with his arms outstretched and palms facing your face. Slowly pull your body and let your chin across the bar. These are known as Chin. The same exercise done with the back of your palm facing you is called the pull ups.
Squats: These exercises help build leg muscles. To do this exercise, you should bend your knees to keep the body upright and heels touching the ground. Try adding the weight of his body when you find it easier to perform squats.
