What is a great upper body workout routine four days for muscle strengthening?

I was getting increasingly serious in the gym and I need a good work out plan. I'm thinking of going 4 days a week and wondered if it was better to make one or two exercises for each body part every day or do chest and tris one day and come back another day and a, etc. .. Anyway main question if someone can post a job four days to plan for the upper body only to help better muscle gain. I heard that its better to make a multi part body workout every day and you should be in the gym for an hour max.

You should divide your workouts between upper and lower body. This way you'll be working your upper body twice a week, even with smaller. In addition, make sure you only do one exercise a muscle, but not as heavy a weight as you can for a low number of repetitions. If you exercise to muscular failure, You will get hypertrophy and have better results.
