Muscle Building Hard Boiled Eggs

Six eggs are cooked many a day?
I just started working again. I want to increase my protein intake to help build muscles. Is eating six (boiled) eggs a day excessive? If anyone knows good sources of protien alternative let me know.
An egg has about 70 calories, so do not Remember to take this into account, if you're watching calories. AND eat the yolks. They have many good vitamins in them, and you need a certain amount cholesterol for their nerves to function properly. I do not think that 6 a day will hurt you.
