Muscle Building Hypertrophy

What is the best time to get big bodybuilding? 1010, 2010 or 4010?
I saw a couple of articles on t-nation.com and other sites that claim a simpler time of "lifting as soon as possible, less under control, and use perfect form, which looks much like a rhythm 10X0 or 1010 (not there are pauses in the top or bottom, a second lower and a second or slightly below the elevator, so that the X means to burst and try to move fast bar) is enough to build muscle mass as well as German volume training can do for anyone. Some say that the eccentric must be 2 seconds, no more, and some say that the basic rule of weight training is the lowest in 4 seconds or more, or to add up to 4 seconds of time under tension between the cutting and make a Pause at the bottom, or just lower the stage alone, in order to promote hypertrophy. What is the best time to get big?
Building muscle is one thing very personal. It may take decades to find out what's best for an individual. The best advice I can give is to not obsess about these sorts of things and ignore the people in the gym they do. Just concentrate on the basics, lifting heavy weights, do not overtrain, make sure your exercises work the largest muscles in your body (No chicken legs please), eating large meals, if you are really thin and small businesses, be consistent with your training and remember that magazines are not able to repeat the same message week to keep the base in week out they would not sell magazines or would they?
